US Domestic Shipping -
We offer UPS shipping on virtually all of our US Destined items. The
shipping price you see at checkout is the exact per pound UPS rate...
compare this to the inflated shipping charges most of our competitors
gouge you with at checkout. Beware of the too-good-to-be-true price!
You will often pay for it in inflated shipping & handling charges
and/or poor customer service. If the package dimensions exceed the UPS
per pound rate or if the package is shipped by Freight Truck, Express
Mail, FedEx or Airborne Express then those additional shipping fees
will apply.
International Shipping -
We are able to ship outside of the US through UPS or DHL for most of
our items. Only UPS Standard to Canada will be charged a broker fee by
UPS. Customer's are responsible for all Import Broker and Customs fees.
International orders are required to fax a copy of their credit card
(both sides) to assist us in the reduction of fraudulant or
unauthorized purchases.
Always In Stock / Fast Delivery -
We stock most of the small items and we pull from over approximately
$40 million dollars in inventory in 13 HUGE WAREHOUSES from east coast
to central to west coast. That means what ever you order, we are likely
to have it and can get it to you fast! - we ship your order immediately
... most of the time. If an item is not in stock or has to be custom
made, we will automatically notify you and backorder your item.
Fair Prices -
Our prices are very competitive ... and there is no sales tax unless we
ship to a Maryland address! When comparing us to other on-line shops,
consider: 1) shipping charges ... we use actual UPS shipping fees; 2)
service ... communication, returns, etc.
Order Tracking -
Items that are shipped direct by Sports Imports Ltd. by UPS or USPS,
the Tracking numbers will be emailed to you the same day that orders
ship, items that are drop shipped (Custom made items & Truck
Accessories), will not be emailed a tracking number as you will receive
the item before we receive the tracking number.
(Please allow up to 72 hours for a response)
Returns/ Exchanges -
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless
specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with
the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement
of defective parts. No Hassle Returns for new unopened, uninstalled
products (except automotive lighting) - If you need to return
something, we make it easy by emailing you simple, detailed
instructions.

agreement governs your purchase of products from Sports Imports LLC.
Please read it carefully. No other terms apply. By submitting your
order you are agreeing to these terms.
By using the Sports Imports LLC and affiliated websites, you are
agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If
you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not access
or use the Sports Imports LLC website. Sports Imports LLC reserves the
right at its discretion to change the terms of this agreement and will
notify users of any such changes by on-line postings.

| Order Acceptance: |
All orders of Products placed by you with Sports Imports LLC and all of
its affiliated websites shall be subject to acceptance by Sports
Imports LLC. Submission of your order shall constitute full acceptance
of these terms and conditions.

| Applicable Law: |
By purchasing from any of Sports Imports LLC websites, you agree that
the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to principles of
conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any
dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Sports Imports
LLC.

| Your Account: |
If you order from the Sports Imports LLC or any of its affiliated
websites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account and password. You are also responsible for restricting
access to your computer and agree to accept responsibility for all
activities that occur under your account and password. Sports Imports
LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse orders at its
sole discretion.

| Prices: |
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sports Imports LLC makes every effort
to ensure that its prices are up-to-date and accurate. Nonetheless, any
pricing information on this site is subject to change without notice.
By placing an order to purchase a product, you agree to pay the
purchase price set forth on the Sports Imports LLC & Affiliate
websites. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
a typographical or programming error, or if an item is added to the
shopping card with an incorrect price from the displayed price, it will
be manually adjusted. Sports Imports LLC has the right to cancel any
order listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sports
Imports LLC or affiliate websites will promptly issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.

| Payment: |
Payment must be included with all orders. We accept, Visa, Master Card,
American Express, Discover, Paypal, Bank Checks and Money orders only.
We do not accept personal checks or Purchase Orders at this time.
We only charge your Credit Card when item is shipped. If your item
ships directly from the manufacturer to you then you will receive the
item before we charge your credit card. It may take up to 3 months for
us to charge your credit card for the shipped item.

| Chargebacks/Disputes: |
If
you initiate a chargeback with your Credit Card company without first
contacting Sports Imports LLC there will be a $20 charge to your credit
card or if the Chargeback is resolved as not being the fault of Sports
Imports LLC. |

| Shipping: |
All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory or Potomac, MD.
Freight charges will be collect or prepaid and added to the invoice
(upon approved credit). Most products are in inventory and ship within
1 to 3 days from the time an order is received. Large and/or custom
orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate
locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are
generally shipped to the US Mainland via United Parcel Service (UPS)
and International shipments via DHL Express, UPS International Express
or the U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. Rates are dependent upon
weight, size, destination and products ordered. Should an order exceed
size and/or weight limitations, motor freight will be used.

| Incorrect Shipping Address: |
If the package has incorrect or incomplete address information, we will
be charged by UPS a fee of $5.00 for ground shipments, $10.00 for 3-day
and faster shipments to correct the address and deliver the package.
Examples of incomplete addresses include missing Apartment or Suite
numbers, or missing floor, if applicable. Or supplying us a PO Box as a
delivery address. The UPS charge will be automatically charged to the
customer's credit card.

| Undeliverable Packages & Refused Packages Fees |
As of January 3, 2006 UPS charges return shipping for undeliverable or
refused packages. This charge will be passed on to the customer; we are
not able to absorb the charges. Packages refused by the recipient, or
which can't be delivered will be returned to us by UPS for a fee.
Undeliverable packages shipped UPS ground will be charged published UPS
ground residential fees including fuel surcharges both directions.
Undeliverable packages shipped 1, 2 or 3 day will be charged published
UPS rates for the outbound shipment and 3 day published rates including
fuel surcharges for the return shipment. Examples of undeliverable
packages include, but are not limited to, orders that have incorrect
address information, packages that are refused for any reason when
delivery is attempted, packages that aren't delivered in 3 delivery
attempts, packages unclaimed at the UPS local office or any other
reason out of UPS's control that result in the package being returned
to us. Please make sure the addresses are correct, the recipient knows
the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime
delivery of packages.
Any refused shipments sent back to Sports Imports LLC does not
constitute the right to a refund or credit. International Orders are
not returnable. If a domestic or International Shipment is refused by
the customer and returned back to Sports Imports LLC, up to a 25%
restocking fee will apply less the shipping cost to the customer and
only store credit will be given. It is the customer's responsibility to
make all arrangements with Sports Imports LLC for refused shipments.

| Expedited Shipping: |
Most of our items ship within 2 to 3 days. If you request Expedited
Shipping such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day, then we will
ship your order via that method. Actual arrival date of your order will
depend on when your order leaves our warehouse.
Expedited Shipping orders are processed quicker, and leave our warehouse faster than Standard ground orders.

| Shipping Costs: |
Shipping rates quoted at checkout are best estimates
based on the weight of the package, Actual shipping charges may vary
depending on size, shipping location and will be billed at the time of
shipment. Shipping Charges also may differ if the dimensions of the
package exceed the weight and is increased to the next weight level as
determined by UPS to be "Oversize 1" or "Oversize 2".
- A package is considered "Oversize 1" when its
combined length and girth exceeds 84 inches, and combined length and
girth is equal to or less than 108 inches, and actual weight is less
than 30 pounds.
- A package is considered "Oversize 2" when its combined length and girth exceeds 108 inches, and actual weight is less than 70 pounds.

| Shortages: |
Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier .
Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier
inspection. Sports Imports LLC cannot initiate any claims with the
carrier. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the
most timely and efficient manner possible; however, Sports Imports LLC
will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control.

| Gift Certificates: |
Gift certificates are to be redeemed only at our Web site, www.sportsimportsltd.com
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any credit card balance.
Gift certificates must be used in their entirety. No balances will be held on credit for later purchases.
Gift certificates expire one year from their date of issue.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the balance with a credit card.

| Dealers: |
Dealers are not employees of Sports Imports LLC. They are independent
contractors whose relationship with Sports Imports LLC is that of a
customer.
|
|
|
| Returns & Exchanges: |
If product has been incorrectly shipped, Sports Imports LLC will
exchange the item. Return request form must be received by us within 10
days of receiving merchandise. Returned goods will not be accepted
without an RA (return authorization) number from Sports Imports LLC and
must be shipped freight prepaid to Sports Imports LLC, 8905 Tuckerman
Lane, Potomac, MD 20854-3169. RA number is only valid for 15 days. Any
unopened returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and store credit.
Opened returns are subject to a 30% re-packing and re-stocking fee and
store credit only will be issued. Returns which are damaged or have
parts missing may be subject to a greater re-stocking fee or returned
to customer. Products must be returned in their original shipping
cartons. Electronics, Bulbs, Electrical accessories, custom made items,
orders shipped by freight and orders with custom options cannot be
cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
Shipping to customer is not refundable.
To
qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in new unused
re-sellable condition in their original condition, including the
original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty
cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark of deface the original
manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if
the packaging is not in its original condition or the item has been
used or installed. Any refused shipments sent back to Sports Imports
LLC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. International
Orders are not returnable. If a Domestic of International Shipment is
refused by the customer or customs and returned back to Sports Imports
LLC, a 25% restocking fee will apply less the shipping cost to the
customer and only store credit will be given. It is the customer's
responsibility to make all arrangements with Sports Imports LLC for
refused shipments.

| Defective Merchandise: |
If an item is defective, the manufacturer of the item will either
repair or replace the defective item under their warranty. If you wish
to return the defective item back to Sports Imports LLC for exchange or
store credit, customer must pay for shipping to Sports Imports LLC and
initial shipping to customer is not refundable. Sports Imports LLC will
pay for the replacement shipment, if it applies.

Sports Imports LLC uses industry standard security measures to protect
your confidential information. Your encrypted information travels via a
secure socket layer (SSL) where it is decoded on Yahoo's secure server.

submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair

for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be
included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light
bulbs, decals, electrical parts, engine parts and cannot be returned.
Check your state and local laws regarding the use of any parts. Sports
Imports LLC Customers will acknowledge and agree to these Terms &
Conditions once the transaction has been placed with Sports Imports
LLC.

sold and services provided to the Customer/Purchaser shall not be
interpreted, construed or regarded, either expressly or implied, as
being for the benefit of or creating any obligation toward, any third
party or legal entity outside of Sports Imports LLC, it's authorized
Distributor and the Customer/Purchaser.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The
Parking Sensors Sold and Distributed by Sports Imports LLC and
affiliated websites are strictly a driver assistance device. They
should not be considered as a safety device for any other purposes. No
warranty as to operational efficiency is granted. It is not a
substitute for driver responsibility when operating a vehicle.
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES HEREUNDER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OR ACTION,
